Take one 8GB OpenSolaris system with a ZFS filesystem unconstrained by zfs_arc_max. Add in an OpenIndiana VirtualBox that I've given 3 of those 8GB so I can play with it. At some point while futzing around with Nautilus (the Gnome file manager) on my house server, I unintentionally turned on the setting that will play an audio file if you hover the mouse cursor over its icon. My house server is starting to fail; the graphics card died last week. Since it runs Solaris 10, it's still running, but I can't use my nice 24" flat panel monitor and I probably can't reboot it without replacing said graphics card.
